most enjoyable and effective ways to stay fit and healthy is to participate
in group exercise classes. At ShapeXpress, we host regular instructor-led
classes for women of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels.
Whether it's Pilates or one of our Personal Group Training Sessions, our spacious group class area is the perfect spot to stretch out and stay fit!

Body Sculpt
In this non impact class you will work with free weights, dyna-bands, body bars, and balls, sculpting and toning your entire body. Body sculpting increases bone density while balancing the fat to muscle ratio which will increase your metabolism. Group motivation makes this a fun class not to be missed. All fitness Levels.
Boot Camp
This boot camp-inspired workout will leave your heart pounding and your muscles fatigued. Are you ready for a Challenge. Encouraged for ALL Fitness levels.
Box ‘N’ Sculpt
This class will incorporate boxing and cardiovascular drills while using intervals of weight training to increase metabolism, muscle to fat ratio, not to mention add definition to your body, and increase your overall fitness and endurance.
30/30
This fun workout covers everything. In this class we work with a combination of cardiovascular exercises incorporating high intensity, low impact moves that can include kickboxing techniques, along with strength training using dumbbells, bars, and bands. This class works for all fitness levels
Pilates
Working with core strength, Pilates is designed to develop long, lean muscle while increasing strength and flexibility. By paying particular attention to the abdominal and back muscles, Pilates will improve posture as well as overall health benefits. A complete workout in itself! All fitness levels.
Power Sculpt
This class is similar to the body sculpting classes using the same equipment and principals. More power and vigor may be added to the workout; it is similar to Power Hour, and can include cardiovascular drills. All levels of fitness.
SPIN
Spin classes throughout the schedule for all of the cardio gurus out there. Using heart rate training to improve overall cardiovascular fitness, this class will increase stamina and endurance, while firming up those legs and glutes. If weight loss is your goal, try this class.
Spin & Sculpt
Take 30 minutes of spin and add 30 minutes of upper body strength training and you have a great class.
Step ‘n Sculpt
A traditional step class where you use a step platform to create low impact high intensity cardiovascular training. Some weight training will be included in this class as well as working your abs and back for a full cardiovascular, strength and endurance workout. A fun way to get motivated and in shape! All levels welcome.
Zumba
A high energy, high intensity full body workout. Dance your way to a healthy lifestyle…Salsa, Merangue, belly dance, funk & more. You will love this party.
